I had so many great entries for this giveaway and had a really hard time narrowing it down to just 5 couples. Every entry deserves to have this coverage, so I gave 4 more couples a chance at winning! That means there are 9 couples in the running! Thank you again to everyone who has helped out in making this giveaway possible. Thank you to the lovely couples who took the time to enter, I loved reading all your stories!
Below there is a blog post for every specific entry. Scroll through and read all the stories! Once you have done that feel free to go on Facebook to their individual posts and start voting to who you think should win. Here is a recap on how you can vote and the time frame you have to do so.

Lily + Matt

Matt and I met a little over three years ago and have been together ever since. Our start was a little different than others, but it just worked for us. In the beginning it was me chasing the boy, I knew he was special and I just wouldn't give up. He finally gave me a chance and then our relationship started growing from there. Being together for three years has definitely made us a stronger and better couple, we know every little thing about each other and it's all just so natural. I can truly say he's my best friend and we are just so goofy and dorky together. Through the years Matt has become my little family and even though we aren't married yet, I already feel like he is my family, and my better half. I feel that Matt and I deserve this full wedding coverage, because not only would it be a tremendous blessing to us in so many ways, but it would help me so much financially. I have to pay for our wedding all on my own, and my wedding day is something that I have been dreaming about since I was a little girl. I want to have the best wedding day, and winning this would help me achieve that.

Kelsie + Austin





  A lot of girls, when they meet their future husband, immediately see him as THEE one they could see themselves marrying.  They start dating and over time they become their “best friend”.  I’m not saying that they are not best friends, but our relationship differs in that, we truly were “best friends” BEFORE we dated.  Austin has been my best friend since our sophomore year at Bountiful High School.  And by best friend, I actually mean my “best friend-zoned friend.” Austin heard all my boy drama, watched chick-flicks with me (no cuddling!), and was my go-to guy when I needed some advice.  I admit, I am guilty of being the friend-zoner, he was the friend-zoned.  He was even a friend to me at times when I didn’t deserve his friendship.  He truly is the epitome of what a best friend is and should be.  It wasn’t until I moved home for the summer after my freshman year of college that I realized he was the BEST type of “boyfriend” material.  Our relationship developed quite awkwardly. Holding hands, going on dates (we never knew who should pay!), cuddling during movies… but neither of us confronted the “big elephant in the room.” Everyone, including ourselves, was so confused on what was going on.  Are you dating? Are you not dating? And we always answered, “We don’t know…” It was terrible. Plus we each valued our friendship so much, that even though it was what we BOTH wanted, we were scared to “complicate” things and jeopardize our friendship.  We lived like this for two whole months.  FINALLY, on July 5, 2012, Austin confronted our relationship and said we needed to figure this out. HALLELUJIA!  I would not change one thing about our relationship, or how it was brought to be.  It is the best feeling to have a best friend, but even better, to get to kiss your best friend and know that he loves me unconditionally, as I love him.  J  We are so excited, and cannot wait (I’m the impatient one) to get married this year.  It would be so great to have Kailey capture our wedding day.  Not ONLY because she is a FABULOUS photographer, but also because she knows US.  And we want her to be such an important part of our ultimate leaving the “friend-zone” FAR behind day!

Kaitlin + Dakota


We have been dating for almost four years now! Our story is a little different than most; we met at the beginning of the summer before our senior year in high school. We have always had some sort of a long-distance relationship. We went to high schools that were 25 minutes apart and continued to date in college. I went to DSU, and he went to SUU. Then, he took a scholarship opportunity and went to play baseball in Montana. Looking back now, I know it was preparing us for what was to come; a mission. After a year together in high school, and then a year of college, he was called to serve and LDS mission in the Guadalajara East Mission. To say I was scared is an incredible understatement. We took every ounce of faith and trust we had, and we battled through those pain-staking hours, weeks, months, and we served each other as we served people around us. Packages, very irregular letters with occasional memory cards, and a Skype call on Christmas and Mother's Day was the hope we held onto. I waited for him as he served those people in Mexico, as well as he served me. Was it the hardest thing we've ever done? Yes. Was it worth every moment when we embraced for the first time in what seemed like an eternity at the airport? Absolutely. Three weeks after his return from his mission, him having a very nerve-racking surgery, and extensive time and effort, he knelt down and asked me a very simple, yet life-changing question: "Will you jump?" He promised to never let me fall if I jumped. Family, friends, and many very happy hearts welcomed us to the party he had planned following the proposal. 
My heart melts every time we make eye contact. We make each other want to be better, and I know that we can and will astonish ourselves in all of the things we accomplish together.

Breanna + Jeffrey




Jeff and I met on June 15th, 2013 and have pretty much been inseparable ever since. We became instant best friends and it was pretty obvious that there was more than friendship between us. 9 days after we met we decided to date officially (DTR'd, if you will). That night Jeff took me up on a roof that overlooked Bountiful and we watched the sunset.  When it was dark and we could see the whole city's lights, he kissed me for the first time. All it took for us to fall in love was a little over a week of spending every minute together and an amazing kiss. Ever since then, we knew that we wanted to be together for forever. So we're getting married! And we deserve to have this giveaway because ever since we decided to be together everything and everyone has been against us. But we've never once doubted each other and have always stuck together through all of the drama because we know that we belong together. And cause we're in love, Kailey Rae Photography take great pictures of people in love, and it'd be a good time. :)

Ashley + Nick





How many times do you hear of a blind date ending up in an engagement? Often, we here horror stories of blind dates. I would've never thought that I would end up getting married to a guy I went on a blind date with, however for me that was just the beginning of our story. On March 27, 2012 was our first date, my roommate set us up and I was nervous. Was he cute? Would we have anything in common? Throughout the date we talked, talked and talked. I felt so comfortable around him, I felt like I had known him my whole life. It felt so perfect! I left the date not knowing his number, or if I would ever see him again. What? No that can't happen, he is way too cute! Three days later I got a random call it was him, I was so excited! We had our first kiss on our third date, it felt so real, so different. I was in love with him! We have been dating for the past 2 years. On New Year's we were in the most magical place on earth Disneyland California Adventure. My family was with us, we were waiting for the countdown with a beautiful view of a light and water show. It was very romantic, I was so happy and felt so loved. At 12:00am he proposed in a crowd of people. I didn't know what to think, it was so magical. He is the man of my dreams and I'm so excited to get married to him. I think we deserve Kailey Rae Photography as our photographer, she is so talented, fits our personalities so well, her style of photography is so unique, and is exactly what we are looking for at our wedding. I would be beyond ecstatic if we had the opportunity to win!

Mariah + Jonathan




Darting glances from across the room. Butterfly filled stomachs. Finally he came over. Instantly we knew there was something special. Flash forward to hearing him say "I Love You." My heart skipping a beat. Months go by, thousands of unforgettable moments shape what we have. We're at a park, he's kneeling in front of me, holding the most beautiful ring I've ever seen. I'm so happy I can't even tell him "yes." Now, only 48 days until we embark on the most amazing journey together.

We're not the most unique love story. We don't have the most dramatic or fairy tale like story, but we're together. I am the most happy I have ever been. My heart flutters when I see the sparkle in his eye when he looks at me. We want to be able hold onto these moments forever, and I know with Kailey Rae Photography's talented help, we will be able to.

Amy + Thomas






I met Thomas through his best friend, Jay, who was my Family Home Evening brother. The funny thing is, I hated him when I first met him! He was kind of annoying and reminded me of my little brother. We found out that we had the same subject in school together and began to study and become best friends. At the time, we both had our own issues going on with relationships and would tell each other our problems, but both obviously didn't work out. He was going to ask me out on a date, but while he was doing so, I invited my roommate to come along (not knowing it was a date). However, there grew to be six people that came so it wasn't really a date. We gradually began to fall in love with each other through studying more and spending time with each other. We are best friends and I am so in love with this guy! I can't wait to be married to him! 

I think Thomas and I deserve this giveaway because we are so in love. We are just happy to be in each other's presence. We also deserve it because we don't have anyone set up yet to take our pictures. I have looked through Kailey Rae Photography with my sister, Abby Fordham, and I really love the style. Kailey Rae Photography is the photographer that I want to shoot our exciting day!!

Marissa + Daxton




Our story all goes back to the 9th grade career fair. I was walking around checking out all the different jobs when I saw a giant semi truck parked for one of the options. I don’t know what came over me, but I made my way into the semi truck. Apparently that wasn't a career option for me, but it turned out to be fate. When I struggled my way in I saw a handsome young boy with shaggy hair and beautiful green eyes. We noticed each other instantly and exchanged smiles, but before I knew it he was gone..and on to the next career booth. At the very end of the day I saw him lining up to get back in to his school bus and I knew it was my last chance.  I quickly wrote down my phone number and had my friend run it to him. The career option didn't work out, but that is no comparison to meeting my soul mate. I’m sure lots of couples are worthy of this great opportunity, but please consider us! We have been saving for this wonderful occasion, but we made the choice to foster stray dogs from the pound instead.  Our budget is tight and it would help immensely if we won this giveaway!

Rachael & Carlos




I met Carlos at college while I was playing volleyball and he was playing baseball. We had mutual friends, so we hung out once or twice. One evening we began to talk and continued to talk until 5 a.m. (on a school night) and everything just clicked between us. We dated for the remainder of my freshman and his sophomore year. As the end of the year approached we had to decided whether to break up since he would be changing schools and returning to Colombia for the summer. Since we couldn't bare the thought we continued our relationship long distance via Skype for a little over a year. That is true love right there! Finally I was able to go to Colombia to meet his family and we got engaged on the beach! :)

WEDDING COVERAGE GIVEAWAY

To kick off the new year off right, I decided it is time for a HUGE giveaway. If you are recently engaged, soon to be engaged, know somebody who is engaged, or are planning your future wedding with a celebrity crush (Harry Styles?), this giveaway if for you! I am offering 6 hours of full wedding coverage for your special day. This is a $1200.00 dollar value that you can't pass up! And there is a BONUS! Not only will you receive full wedding coverage, but after your wedding you will receive a 11x14 charcoal portrait of your favorite photo from that day by PENCIL PICTURES BY MAE, check her work out here or at the bottom of the page. The rules are simple and the requirements are easy, you really have nothing to lose!


Rules:

Before any of you go and read the requirements you must know that you CANNOT be under contract with another photographer for your wedding day or have made previous inquiries with me. You have to reside within Northern Utah (Logan to Provo area, unless willing to pay for the travel fee), and you must be planning on getting married within the year of 2014.


Week 1:

 You have from January 6th to January 12th to submit one paragraph version of your love story and why you think you deserve to have full wedding coverage for your special day (I will not read anything that is extensively long). Email kaileyraephotography@gmail.com with your name, your fiance's name, your location and date of wedding, your paragraph, and a picture of you two. After the week is finished I will go through and choose the top 5 that I feel truly deserve a chance at this giveaway!


Week 2:

 On January 15th through January 25th, after the top 5 have been chosen, I will post on my blog each individual story along with the picture that was given of the couple. That specific link will be posted on my Facebook page and that is where the fun begins. You will need to get your friends and family to vote for you! Make sure to stay true to yourself and have fun, people will be voting based on what you write! Each individual person will be able to vote up to 4 times.
